		FAJITA RANCHERA BURRITO A vegetarian, slow-simmered sauce of tomatoes, onion, poblano peppers, garlic and spices in a fajita burrito that sizzles with flavor.
		ANCHO CHILE BBQ BURRITO Inspired by Mexican mole, the sauce in this BBQ burrito is slightly sweet, with spicy chiles, hickory, smoky mesquite and just a hint of chocolate.
		GRILLED VEGGIE BURRITO Perfectly grilled zucchini, red peppers and yellow squash in a garlic herb seasoning make this one flavorful vegetarian burrito.
		QUESO BURRITO A creamy blend of Monterey Jack, American and Cheddar cheeses with fire-roasted tomatoes, poblano peppers and jalapenos in this savory burrito.
		MEXICAN GUMBO A unique dish that combines tortilla soup, cilantro-lime rice and black or pinto beans with salsa, cheese and corn tortilla strips in a mouth-watering gumbo.

Perhaps one of our best-kept secrets. Our Breakfast Burritos aren’t available at all locations across the U.S., but you’re in luck, all Qdoba Oregon and Camas, WA locations serve breakfast burritos and breakfast quesadillas during breakfast hours.
